The team faced significant challenges due to the absence of detailed user stories and a software requirement document during the initial phase of the project, especially with the existence of multiple Hawx sites. Additionally, integrating the Hawx official site with various branch micro sites, referral sites, and e-commerce sites posed a complex challenge. The team lacked a comprehensive understanding of the external applications integrated with Hawx applications, including Pestroutes, Payrix, and Zoho CRM. Furthermore, as the project expanded to include multiple sub-projects, regression testing became increasingly complex to ensure desktop, mobile, and tablet responsiveness across all sites.
