QA playbook/
process we follow

A playbook is a set of standardized procedures and guidelines for a specific process or role, aimed at providing consistent and efficient results. We follow the below standard process for Functional QA which is customized to tailor the different project requirements and to align with their business goals.

The requirements for the project (shared by customers, business analysts, or project managers) will be analyzed by the QA team to identify any ambiguities or inconsistencies.

1. The QA team will develop a test strategy for each software release that outlines the overall approach and objectives for testing.

2. The test strategy will include the types of tests to be performed, the resources required, and the timeline for testing.

1. The Agile QA team will design test cases for each user story or feature that covers the functional and non-functional requirements.
2.Test cases will be designed to be comprehensive, reusable, and maintainable.
The QA team will execute the test cases, either manually or using automated testing tools, to validate the software.
The QA team will report any defects found during testing and track them through to resolution.

1. Retrospectives: The QA team will participate in retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to the process.

2. Process and Tool Improvement: The QA team will continuously improve the process and tools used for testing, ensuring that they are efficient and effective.
