Build what’s next. From day one.
At Techjays, you won’t spend months shadowing before you touch real work. You’ll join a team building AI products that go live for real customers and you’ll own a piece of it from your first sprint.

Silicon Valley engineering, aimed at the real economy.
Founded in 2020 by engineers who shipped AI at Google, and named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 at No. 1136. Growth like that shows up in your work long before it shows up on a chart — here is how.
Agentic systems, LLM workflows and document intelligence — running on factory floors, in dispatch rooms and in hospital back offices.
What you can expect from us
We’re not just offering you a job. We’re offering you a place to build, belong, and become the best version of yourself.
Clear career growth
Defined levels, honest reviews, and a path you can actually see. Structured performance conversations on a regular cadence, with promotion criteria written down and shared, not decided behind a closed door.
Mentorship that's real
Every new joiner is paired with a buddy for their first 90 days and a mentor for the long run. Code reviews are teaching moments. Questions are expected, not tolerated.
Trust, autonomy and support
We hand you the outcome and the room to reach it. You'll have the freedom to own your work, backed by people who step in when you need them — and step back when you don't.
Meaningful work with real impact
Every project has a customer on the other end. You'll know who uses what you built, and what it changed for them.
Recognition that matters
We celebrate excellence out loud. Your contributions are seen, credited, and rewarded by the people who saw you do the work.
“My lead actually reads my pull requests. Not a summary of them, the code. I've shipped more here in six months than I did in two years at my last place, and mostly that's because I'm never sat around waiting on a meeting to get unblocked.”
Ajay RAI Engineer, Techjays“We're spread across time zones, so you'd expect things to stall. They don't. If something's unclear someone just calls instead of leaving it sitting in a thread, and the tooling is good enough that I'm building most of the day rather than chasing people.”
Vasu JainLead AI Engineer, TechjaysHow we actually work, day to day.
How you show up matters just as much as what you deliver. This is what our culture actually looks like, day to day.
Most of what follows isn’t policy. It’s the way the room actually works, and what people here say when you ask them directly.
Our work environment
Small teams, short lines.
Most projects run with a handful of people. Your lead knows your work because they read your pull requests, not a status report. Standups are short, and a meeting needs a reason to exist.
In the office, in the room.
Our clients span time zones, so decisions get written down and kept easy to find. But the day to day is in person — walk over, ask the question, unblock the person beside you.
AI as a teammate, used well.
We build AI and we work with AI. Everyone here gets modern tooling and is trusted to use it properly, which means understanding what it produced, owning the output, and never shipping something you can't explain.
A team that shows up for people.
Care and inclusion aren't posters on a wall. They show up in how a bad week gets handled, how someone new gets onboarded, and how we talk to each other when a release goes sideways.
In their own words
“You'd expect this sort of thing to need pushing. It doesn't. People turn up to the learning sessions because they want to, and most of the appreciation flies between teammates without ever coming through me. I just keep it easy to do.”
Mercy Joan KingsttaStaff People Specialist, Techjays“Meeting people on their first day is easily the best part of this job. A lot of them turn up nervous, and by the afternoon they're arguing with brand new teammates about where to get lunch. That bit never gets old.”

Starting out? Start here.
We hire interns and fresh graduates because we’d rather grow engineers than only rent them. If you’re early in your career, you’ll get real project work not a sandbox exercise that gets deleted at the end of the term.
Join a live project team from week one. Ship code through the same review, QA and release process as everyone else's, on work that reaches production.
A structured program with a named mentor, weekly feedback, and a clear view of what full time conversion requires. Strong performers are considered for offers.
Curiosity we can't teach. Fundamentals you've actually practised, not just listed. And evidence you've built something, anywhere - a side project, an open source contribution, a hackathon, or a college project you took further than the syllabus required.

Don't see your role?
We hire for potential as much as for openings. Email your CV and a short note about what you want to build. Someone on our team reads every application.
