Introduction
Techjays Inc. (“Techjays,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies (small text files placed on your device) and similar technologies, including browser local storage, to operate our website at www.techjays.com and to help us collect data. The text in a cookie often consists of a string of numbers and letters that uniquely identifies your device, but it can contain other information as well.
This Cookie Policy explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and the choices you have. It should be read alongside our Privacy Notice. Where applicable, this Cookie Policy also applies to the processing of personal information by Iderize Technology Solutions Private Limited, an affiliated entity of Techjays Inc., in connection with the Services.
Because we work with clients and visitors in the European Union and United Kingdom, the United States, and India, this policy is written to align with the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA/CPRA), and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

Our Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
Techjays uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Storing your preferences and settings. Settings that enable our website to operate correctly, and your cookie preferences, are stored on your device so that we do not have to ask you again on every visit.
- Security and abuse prevention. We use a third-party service (Cloudflare Turnstile) on our contact forms to detect and prevent automated abuse and spam submissions.
- Analytics and performance. We measure how our website performs and how visitors move through it, so we can improve it. Our hosting provider’s tools do this without cookies and without storing any identifier for you (see Cookie Details). We also use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to deliver measurement tags; neither is loaded unless you consent to both the Analytics and Marketing categories, and Google Analytics does set cookies once it runs.
- Marketing and advertising. Once you allow this category (together with Analytics), tags delivered through Google Tag Manager may set cookies for LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft Advertising, and Factors.ai, described in Cookie Details below.
Where a cookie or similar technology is not strictly necessary, we ask for your consent before setting it, and you can withdraw or change your consent at any time (see Customise Cookies). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew it.
Does Techjays Use Cookies for Analytics?
We do. Some of our analytics measurements use cookies and others do not, depending on the tool.
We use two analytics tools provided by our hosting provider, which processes the anonymised measurements on our behalf, and neither sets a cookie:
- Web Analytics counts anonymised page views and traffic sources. It does not set a cookie and does not store a visitor identifier.
- Speed Insights measures page loading performance so we can find and fix slow pages. It does not set a cookie and does not store a visitor identifier.
We also use Google Analytics (GA4), delivered through Google Tag Manager, which does set cookies on your device — see Cookie Details for the specific cookies and their duration. Google Analytics does not run until you have allowed both the Analytics and Marketing categories in the cookie preference centre.
In addition, Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded wherever one of our forms is shown — the contact form, and the “Book a Call” form, which can be opened from any page on the site — in order to protect those forms from automated abuse. Turnstile does not set a cookie on our domain; to make its determination it processes a small set of technical signals (such as IP address, browser/TLS fingerprint, and User-Agent). You can read Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum at cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy.
We also use Google Tag Manager. This is not itself an analytics or advertising tool and it collects no measurements of its own — it is a container that lets us deliver, change, and switch off measurement tags without rebuilding the website. It sets no cookie on our domain and stores no identifier for you. We do not load it at all unless you have allowed both the Analytics and Marketing categories in the cookie preference centre, so no tag delivered through it can run, and no cookie it would set can be set, before you have consented. We additionally operate it with Google Consent Mode, which passes your choices through to the tags themselves.
We do not currently use Google reCAPTCHA or HubSpot on this website. If you consent to the Analytics and Marketing categories, tags delivered through Google Tag Manager may set cookies and transmit data to Google (Analytics), Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Factors.ai; these are listed in the tables below. If you do not consent to both categories, none of them load.
Cookie Details
A cookie is a small piece of data (a text file) that a website asks your browser to store on your device, in order to remember information about you. Cookies set by us, on our own domain, are called first-party cookies. Cookies set from another domain are called third-party cookies. Local storage is a related technology that also stores data in your browser, but is not sent back to the website with every request.
The tables below list the cookies and storage items set by www.techjays.com, and the tags delivered through our tag manager, as verified on September 11, 2026. Because tags can be added to or removed from our tag manager, we re-verify this inventory whenever that configuration changes.

Customise Cookies
We may periodically update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Where a change materially affects the technologies we use, we will ask you to review your cookie settings and confirm your preferences again.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by opening the cookie preference centre from the link in our website footer, or by managing cookies directly in your browser (see the next section). Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before your withdrawal.
If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we detect it automatically and apply the same effect as clicking “Reject All” for Analytics and Marketing cookies, without showing the cookie banner first. You can still choose to turn these categories back on at any time from the cookie preference centre.
How to Control Cookies Manually
You can set your browser:
- to allow all cookies;
- to allow only cookies from sites you trust; or
- to accept only cookies from the website you are currently using.
We recommend not blocking all cookies, because our website uses a small number of them to work properly and to keep our contact forms secure.

- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies, then choose your preferred setting. To review stored cookies: Privacy and security → Third-party cookies → See all site data and permissions.
- Mozilla Firefox: Menu → Settings → Privacy & Security. Under Cookies and Site Data, click “Manage Data” to view or remove stored cookies, or set Enhanced Tracking Protection to Strict or Custom.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data, then choose your preferred setting.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → “Manage Website Data” to view or remove stored data, or enable “Prevent cross-site tracking”.

You can also opt out of interest based advertising across participating companies at youronlinechoices.eu (EU/UK) or optout.aboutads.info (US). Please note that these industry opt out programs relate to advertising cookies, which we do not currently set.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over the personal data collected through cookies and similar technologies:
- EU/UK (GDPR): the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- India (DPDP Act, 2023): the right to access, correction, and erasure of your personal data, and the right to grievance redressal.
