We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead(AWS Certified) with expertise in Javascript 
technologies to lead our dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate should have a deep
understanding of modern web architectures and possess a drive to stay updated with emerging 
technologies.

Must Have Skills
- Proficiency in Go (Golang).
- Knowledge of Kafka for real-time data processing.
- Expertise in ORM (Object-Relational Mapping).
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Good to have skills
- Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and related patterns.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker.
- Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience with security frameworks and best practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance, scalable backend applications using Go.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure coding standards are maintained.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying bottlenecks and performance issues.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
